Distinguished researchers, new scholars and graduate students will all benefit from membership in SSHA, which is available online at Duke University Press. The Association publishes a quarterly journal, Social Science History and conducts an annual conference for the presentation of new research.

Christiane Harzig, a much beloved member of the SSHA migration network, passed away on 6 November 2007 after a struggle with cancer.
