Exhibits and Sponsorships

SSHA has always welcomed exhibitors and IU Conferences has created the following link for exhibitor registration:
Exhibitor Registration 

The link directs to the official registration page operated by IU Conferences for exhibitors at the conference. It allows businesses and organizations to sign up as exhibitors and select from various promotional options available at the event. This is the designated platform where exhibitors can secure their participation, choose booth or sponsorship packages, and complete necessary registration details. Each option provides notes on what the package includes. Once completed, Garrett Baker from IU Conferences will connect with you regarding more specific details regarding exhibitor hall, arrival times, shipping help, and more.

Exhibit Options

• $250 – Unstaffed Exhibit Table (additional tables $125 each)
• • This option provides one table to display books. The books will be placed on the table by conference staff. The fee also includes a 1-page ad in the conference program.
• $400 – Exhibitor Package (additional tables $125 each)
  • This option includes the conference registration of one exhibitor representative plus a single exhibit table. The fee also includes a 1-page ad in the conference program.
• $300 – Representative Conference Registration
  • This is for additional representatives or those who are not planning to host an exhibit table. Includes access to all sessions and receptions. Ideal for acquisitions editors who want to meet with prospective or current authors, editors, or collaborators.
• $1,000 – Coffee Break Sponsorship (2 available)
  • This option includes the conference registration and up to two exhibit tables. The sponsorship also includes a 1-page ad in the conference program in prime placement plus recognition in the program and in communications to the conference attendees.
• $2,500 – Reception Sponsorships (2 available)
  • This option includes the conference registration and up to four exhibit tables. The sponsorship also includes a 1-page ad in the conference program in prime placement plus recognition in the program and in communications to the conference attendees.
• $100 – Whole Page Program Ad
• $50 – Half Page Program Ad
