NOTE: The Final PDF program will be the final official program, but last minute changes will be made in the online program mentioned just below. If a major change is made, it will be communicated morning of the session day during the conference via email.

There you can find information on how to use it as a digital program. The PDF will be formatted for easy printing, if you would like to print it at home before you attend.
